Free Home Exercise Program

After you’ve been through a blistering summer, you’re probably looking forward to the Fall, when you can in cool weather. Here is a free home program that’s perfect for the Fall.

  • Walk - Take a 20-minute walk, three times a week. It will do wonders for your physical and emotional well-being. When the leaves are turning, you’ll also be able to bask in their beauty
  • Hike - Make a ritual of hiking every weekend.  It’s a perfect time to travel to different places within your state or outside your state and witness the autumnal changes. You’ll find the you receive while hiking is even better since more exertion is required.
  • Bike - If you love biking, going to the local park or biking through an historic area is another wonderful way to .  You can educate your kids at the same time as you come across new and exciting places to explore.
  • Yoga - Take the family to the local park amid the changing leaves and the brisk clean air.  Develop a routine to stretch and bring the body to a calm and serene state. Qi Gong is another form of Yoga which is fast being the popular method of attaining the same results.
  • Go to The Park - All you need is a football, baseball, Frisbee or soccer ball.  Take the family to the park every Saturday and enjoy a day filled with fun exercises.  Take the kids after school. You’ll get them away from the computer and TV, and they’ll get a lot of great .
  • Pilates - This is a great way to build strength and tone without bulking up. And you don’t have to go to a Pilates studio to do the exercises. Pilates: A Beginner’s Guide will teach you how to do Pilates at home and get all of the same benefits!
